DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS OR HAVE A PRO STAFF?Expand

Nothing is free and the bills need to be paid. This is the Javabones Custom Rods, LLC proposition:

Customers that order from Javabones will receive a 10% off discount code when available in his or her order. Purchase products with your 10% off code and shoot me a note saying hello, your comments, pictures, etc. and touch base with me. Get to know what the Javabones brand is. Product discounts are earned with brand participation.

We are going to build a business relationship. In the meantime you get a discount, the bills are paid and
we actually help each other.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?Expand

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card for your convenience. We do not currently accept COD as a method of payment. If you prefer to pay by check, money order or cashier’s check, please note that your order will not ship until Javabones Custom Rods, LLC receives payment.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?Expand

Applicable sales tax is collected on items purchased and shipped to the following states in the United States of America: Texas. For out of state purchases each customer is responsible for their requisite state, county, or similar municipal payments for their particular region/location if required.

WHEN YOU REFER TO A “MAG” STYLE POWER WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “MEDIUM AND MAG-MEDIUM”?Expand

The “power” of a rod is referring to how much applied pressure to the blank it takes to produce an action. Different rod powers are engineered and designed to efficiently handle particular ranges of lure weight, tackle, and line sizes. A “Mag-Medium” power will be a slightly faster action in the top twothirds of the blank with more power in the lower half or butt section when compared to a “Medium”
powered rod. The Mag-Medium power rod grants the flexibility use of lighter presentations with the added benefit of more hook setting power. The added benefit does not sacrifice performance.

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE ARE AVAILABLE?Expand

At Javabones Custom Rods, LLC we may use FEDEX, United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service for domestic shipping at our discretion. Shipping rates may vary depending on the final destination, parcel weight and/or dimension, as well as the best method (or service speed) available to meet your timely schedule. If international shipping is required, please contact us for arrangements.

We are a growing company offering quality fishing rods, fishing rod repair, custom made rods, Javabones apparel, and custom painted hard baits. WHERE DO YOU MEASURE THE OVERALL LENGTH OF THE ROD HANDLES FROM?Expand

All handle length measurements are measured from the butt of the rod to the face of the reel seat. If a rod has a fore grip, the handle length measurement is taken from the butt of the rod to face of the fore grip. Handle lengths are approximate.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY ON THE JCR SERIES?Expand

Javabones Custom Rods, LLC, JCR Series Rods are covered for one year from the date of purchase against non-conformances in workmanship and materials only. Damage and/or premature breakage due to non-conformance of craftsmanship and/or materials, Javabones Custom Rods, LLC will at the company’s discretion, repair or replace a product at no charge. Damage deemed normal wear and tear, accidental, and/or neglect, fire, intentional destruction, accidents, misuse, abuse, natural disaster, acts of God, repair, or modification at the discretion of Javabones Custom Rods, LLC, be replaced at the owner’s expense for a pre-determined fee of $95.00. This accidental replacement program is only available one time per rod per customer. Guides are excluded from being considered “defective,” and/or having “non-conformance workmanship,” but are available for purchase in the event that you damage one. If you are in need of guide repair, simply contact us for pricing. Return shipping will be charged to the customer for ANY repair service and is the responsibility of the customer if shipping is required. Contact information and preface must be included. If product replacement is determined to be the preeminent solution, but no longer offer that model, Javabones Custom Rods, LLC will replace it with what is determine to be the closest comparable model from current product lines.

WHAT IF THE JCR MODEL I HAVE IS NO LONGER OFFERERED AND I NEED A REPLACEMENT ROD?Expand
